Scripteen Open Script Marketplace hereafter referred to as 'open market'. Scripteen Open Market is offered to web users and developers to allow them to post and sell their own scripts through the scripteen.com website. Scripteen website takes absolutely no responsibility for user submitted content and does not consider this content any form of scripteens. This content is monitored and any copyright infrindged content will be removed as discovered. Scripteen takes pride in offering the best and most superior scripts, and will strive to keep the scripts of the upmost quality and standards.

Scripteen does impose a fee on the scripts sold on its website. Scripteen takes 40% of every sale made on the scripteen.com website. Any and All chargebacks and/or but not limiting to returns, paypal disputes and paypal frauds will enduce a deduction of the sale amount from the users account.

If any script(s) get an abnormal amount of chargebacks and/or but not limiting to paypal disputes, paypal frauds, or returns the script will be taken off of scripteen open market.

Scripteen retains all rights to be able to remove and post scripts at will for any reason we see fit.

Package Delivery.
After receiving a paid order, it might be subject to manual fraud check and will be usually activated/rejected within 1-24 hours, in most cases the payment will result in an instant ability to receive you're product. After this we will start processing your order and working on it. Turnaround schedule is announced on the package ordering page. Please don’t open tickets asking for delivery status before the allotted delivery time.

Acceptable Use of Service
Scripts generated by us are exclusively yours and not cloned from any other package. You are free to keep or resell any number of copies as long as you purchased a resell license package and purchased it directly from us.

Cancellations and Refunds
We don’t offer any money back guarantee, once a payment is done then it is final and non reversible and all fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable as well. Dealing with a service we can’t by any mean reverse the efforts we did in offering you this service.

User Conduct
Abusive behavior not limited to swearing, cursing, insulting, and or threatening behavior towards Autoblog Ninja, its staff or customers is strictly forbidden. Personal abuse of ANY kind will result in immediate termination of service. In this event the customer will not be issued ANY refund.

Customer Information
It is the customers duty to keep Autoblog Ninja informed of any changes of personal details. This includes and it not limited to your email address, address and telephone number. E-mail is the preferred contact method for general communication. Autoblog Ninja will not be held responsible for any loss of communication or problems that arise as a result of customers not informing Autoblog Ninja of their current and accurate contact details. Although Autoblog Ninja will make the best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted services this is not guaranteed. Autoblog Ninja will not be responsible for any damages a service interruption may cause to the client.

Setup Time
While most installation orders will be set up within the announced turnaround time on package details page, Autoblog Ninja can not guarantee setup within this time frame due to DNS propagation issues for newly registered/moved domains and 48 hours can be added to delivery schedule in such case.
