Script Delivery.

After receiving a paid order, it will be subject to manual fraud check and will be usually activated/rejected within 1-12 hours.After this you will get access to script download area where you can download the script any time even if it is 3 am.

Acceptable Use of Service

Scripteen reserves the right to cancel/revoke with immediate effect, the right to use any script, when Scripteen decided the script is being abused, illegally used, illegally obtained or otherwise. Scripteen reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer’s duty to check for changes in terms and conditions.

All our scripts come with single domain license by default unless you buy the “Unlimited domains” add-on for that script.

All our scripts come with a link in the footer to our site and you are not allowed to remove/edit this link unless you buy the “Footer link removal” add-on with the script.

You are not allowed to redistribute, resell, modify and resell or provide for free any of the scripts being sold and owned by Scripteen since all our scripts DO NOT have resell rights included by default except some scripts where it is clearly said that it has resell rights included. And when you want to sell a website that has any of our scripts installed, You drop your rights for the script since our support is given to the first owner only unless you give the client area account ownership with the site sale as well.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made by 3 days after the date of invoice. In the case of payment not being received, Scripteen reserve the right to cancel or suspend service and access, until the debt is settled. One payment is done you get access to the downloads area to receive your ordered scripts and access support system.

We do fraud check and all orders must pass this fraud check before getting access to downloads area and if we find fraud attempt we will pass all the data to internet crime authority.

Cancellations and Refunds

We don’t offer any money back guarantee, once a payment is done then it is final and non reversible and all fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable as well. In addition some accounts incur Installation fees, these charges are also non-refundable. Refer to scripts demos to see what you can expect from a script to do.

User Conduct

Abusive behavior not limited to swearing, cursing, insulting, and or threatening behavior towards Scripteen, its staff or customers is strictly forbidden. Personal abuse of ANY kind will result in immediate termination of service. In this event the customer will not be issued ANY refund.

Customer Information

It is the customers duty to keep Scripteen informed of any changes of personal details. This includes and it not limited to your email address, address and telephone number. E-mail is the preferred contact method for general communication. Scripteen will not be held responsible for any loss of communication or problems that arise as a result of customers not informing Scripteen of their current and accurate contact details.

Although Scripteen will make the best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted services this is not guaranteed. Scripteen will not be responsible for any damages a service interruption may cause to the client.

Consequential Loss and Compensation.

Scripteen accepts no liability for any loss however so arising suffered as a result of any failure or fault in the scripts provided by Scripteen.

Setup Time

While most installation orders will be set up within 48 hours, Scripteen can not guarantee setup within this time frame due to DNS propagation issues for newly registered/moved domains.

Scripteen, Scripteen scripts, the Scripteen logo, all scripts logos and layouts and coding are trademarks of Scripteen. Any violation for this copyrights makes you liable for law suits and you agree to accept all the responsibilities occurring according to this act.

Scripteen will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Scripteen makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Scripteen disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Scripteen and its employees. Scripteen reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
