this one already exists in entire internet. Search with google and you 'll find lots of them. in the past, i was using xfilesharing. But i wanna add that server and hosting requirements for a file hosting is not really affordable.

if you're searching cheper one, Also there's one more script that named Mega File Hosting Script. And available to purchase here. http://yabsoft.com/ By the way, sorry i cant share you nulled script links if you're expecting that. Also dont trust nulled scripts if you wanna build a big site. nulled script can be easily HACKED... if you're searching a basic one for basic jobs, you can try Free Rapidshare Clone Script. i found one for you (by searching on google as ''Free Rapidshare Clone Script.''); http://rapidshare.com/files/40600090/r-clone.rar.html i didnt test the link yet.
