I notice when I go onto my page and I upload photos, It will show up as if I uploaded them in "" GUEST"" images... yet I am logged in?? I have to log out then back it for it to show up in Members images.

Do you have this problem as admin ? If yes, open new account on your site or wait answer from admin.
