whether to buy scripts the payment can be done in addition to paypal and credit cards?

because I do not have a paypal account and credit cards.

Can I pay via liberty reserve (http://www.libertyreserve.com). to buy the script at www.scripteen.com

I'm guessing that he won't allow this as it's not already an option for payment and may not want the hassle of having to setup an account. You could send a private message to 'Scripteen' and ask.
