Add management functions some new types of members in the AdminCP.
Ex: VIP members

Administrators can manage the rights for each type of member.
For example:
- Increase or reduce the size of the file are allowed to upload.
- File type
- BW

Add function allows members to create photo album & picture viewer function as albums, can share the album and allow privacy.
Adds category management & users are allowed to choose category image upload.

Make development of our source code so that it became a professional image library.

When this would be added: a paypal integration also would be nice. An example are premium users with more space on disk and no watermark (upcomming 3.0 version). Therefore they pay a litle but they help to keep up the website ;-).
