On the admin account, you can set a user to be a moderator. On the moderator account, you can set an account to be an admin. This means a moderator could, if they wanted, make themselves an admin.

Is this meant to be able to happen?

Also, what can an admin do, that a moderator can't - and can you edit moderator powers more specifically(eg. So they can't make people mods/admins)?

Edit: Also, how can I now remove/de-admin/de-mod the user, as they're no longer in the users list :o
