First off thanks for the awesome script!!!!
I need to make it so I (the admin) have to Activate the accounts when people register, I dont want anyone/everyone registering. I want to be able to monitor it and activate those accounts that I wish. Thanks, Matt |

Why would you need to approve accounts manually if people can still use your site without even registering ?
So you want registration to take the following procedures 1- user registers new account and takes "Validating" status. 2- user validates his account from his email and changes to "Pending" status. 3- admin approves the account then user changes to "Active" status. I find it as long process that makes people stay away from your site. -------------------- Ahmed Shafek

Reason I want this is I just want this image hosting avail. to people from my website and not all over the net. Maybe I can some how deactivate the email that gets sent out and change the "please check your email to verify it" little speech to "your account is now registered you will have to wait to be approved by a administrator before your account is active" then I can go in and activate members accounts manually in the admin section? ??? Thanks, Matt |
