While we do our best to offer help for free and paid scripts we expect cooperation from the members of the forum so please take those notes into consideration before posting in the forums:-

1- Make sure you post in related forum category.
2- Make sure you include your script version in thread title prefix.

An example thread title would be




3- Make sure you post link to your website.

4- Make sure you provide a full and detailed description of your problem so something like "It doesn't work" is not a good explanation of the problem.

5- A problem that happens only with your install and not on the demo site is not a bug rather than a problem with your install/server so make sure you differentiate between a bug and a problem.

6- If you are hosting the script on a free host, don't ask for support because free hosts have many functions disabled and thus most scripts don't work fine on them.

7- We don't offer free support for the image hosting script if it is installed on a sub folder or sub domain. In such case you may buy copyright link removal which includes free lifetime support.


Failing to adhere to the guidelines above may result in closing your thread without prior notice.
